Bubble Bobble - Old & New (E)(Venom)
Bubble Bobble - Old & New is a remake of the classic arcade game Bubble Bobble. Released on the Game Boy Advance, it maintains the core gameplay of the original: players control Bub and Bob, two bubble-blowing dragons, who must traverse levels, popping enemies into bubbles to defeat them. The game features updated graphics and sound for the GBA, along with some new levels and features not present in the original. It retains the same charm and addictive gameplay that made the original game a success. While several companies handled publishing and distribution (Venom, Eurasia, and Chameleon, depending on the region), Taito, the creator of the original Bubble Bobble arcade game, is ultimately behind the core game mechanics and original design.
