SpongeBob SquarePants - Battle for Bikini Bottom is an action-adventure platformer video game based on the popular Nickelodeon cartoon series SpongeBob SquarePants. Originally released for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, and GameCube in 2003, it was later ported to various other platforms including the Game Boy Advance. The GBA version maintains the core gameplay of its console counterparts, featuring 3D-style graphics (though with limitations due to the handheld's hardware) and a variety of levels. Players control SpongeBob and his friends Patrick and Sandy, each with their own unique abilities, to collect golden spatulas across Bikini Bottom to defeat Plankton. This version was published by THQ, known for its many licensed video game adaptations.
