Dragon Quest Monsters: Terry's Wonderland is a spin-off title in the Dragon Quest universe, available on the Game Boy Color in Japan. The game deviates from the standard JRPG formula of its predecessors by focusing on monster collection and breeding.  Players collect and train various monsters, battling against other monsters in turn-based battles.  The innovative gameplay, built around creature collection and strategic battles, set it apart from the main series. Developed and published by Enix, this game brought a new dimension to the franchise and introduced a captivating gameplay loop that many found incredibly enjoyable.
