This is a ROM hack of Summer Carnival '92 - Recca, featuring an English translation by Aeon Genesis. This fan translation makes the game accessible to a wider audience. The alternate title, "Raging Fire - Recca", is a more direct translation of the game's meaning.  Gameplay should remain largely unchanged from the original Japanese version, primarily improving accessibility for non-Japanese speakers. Further research is required to fully determine its differences, if any, from the original Japanese release.
