Baroque Syndrome is a Japanese role-playing game, considered a spin-off of the original Baroque. This version shares the same dark and surreal aesthetic and features elements of role-playing and adventure game styles, expanding upon the original game's themes of mental health and societal pressures. Unlike the original game which has a survival horror focus, Baroque Syndrome has a slightly different approach. It also offers a unique atmosphere and narrative that is similar to, but not identical to, the original Baroque game.
