Chuck Rock II: Son of Chuck is a platform game, a sequel to the original Chuck Rock. This Game Gear version, again published by Ocean Software, retains the platforming elements of the original while introducing new features and gameplay mechanics. The game continued the quirky and charming character design of its predecessor. It aimed to bring the same adventurous experience to the handheld audience.
