Columns (World) (v1.1) is a slightly updated version of the original Columns game for the Sega Genesis. This minor update most likely contained small bug fixes or other minor improvements compared to the original release.  However, the core gameplay of matching three or more gems to clear them and prevent them from stacking up to the top of the screen remained the same. It maintained the same addictive gameplay loop and colorful visuals that made the original title a success.
