OutRunners (Japan)
OutRunners is a racing game developed by Sega for the Sega Genesis. It was released in Japan and the USA. The original OutRunners was released in arcades in 1989. This Genesis version features similar top-down racing gameplay and bright, colorful visuals. Players choose from a selection of vehicles and compete against other racers on various courses. It involves fast-paced action, sharp turns, and strategic use of power-ups to gain an advantage and maintain a winning position. The key objective is to finish each race in the top spot, or at least avoid last place. Sega was responsible for the development and release of the game.
