This is a ROM hack of Dragon Ball Z - La Legende Saien (France). It's a partially translated English version by Ginew, completed on March 5, 2001. It's an incomplete translation of what is essentially a French version of Super Butouden 2. The gameplay likely closely resembles the other Super Butouden titles.
