Super Mario Bros. Advance 2 : Super Mario Bros. 3 is a remake of Super Mario Bros. 3 for the Game Boy Advance, not the SNES. Its development was by Nintendo, using the original Super Mario Bros. 3 as a base but adapted for the Game Boy Advance's capabilities. Gameplay remained faithful to the original, retaining the core mechanics and level design but with enhancements such as updated graphics and possibly added features. The original Super Mario Bros. 3 was developed by Nintendo.
