Another iteration of the Black Telomeres hack of Super Metroid, version 2.66, subtitled 'Golden Dawn', promises a further refined and perhaps expanded adventure within the world of Zebes. Compared to v1.87,  it likely features additional changes to level design, enemy encounters, item placement, or even entirely new areas. The 'Golden Dawn' subtitle could hint at a thematic shift or a new focus in the story or gameplay.  As with previous hacks, this version builds upon the foundation of the original Super Metroid while introducing new challenges and alterations.
